I purchased these tongs and anything is superb, EXCEPT that the end of the tongs where you grab the meat is cupped rather than nearly flat making grabbing particular points like some chicken wings, hot dogs, and smaller sized things quite diifcult to grab tightly and tends to make it troublesome to turn smaller items.
