I just received this from Amazon (not a third-party reseller) last week, and am happy to report that Weber has listened to their buyers and stopped with the vents.
This cover is form-fit for my Weber Genesis S-320, and other Genesis 300 series grills. It looks superb, and the velcro straps (which are now placed where the vents are pictured) keeps it from blowing off my grill. The material is rather dense, and the excellent of the stitching is incredibly excellent.
Getting observed some of the less costly covers that aren't a lot much more than tarp stitched in the shape of a grill, I was pleased to invest a couple of bucks extra. It isn't affordable, but you get a thing high excellent that tends to make your grill look good even when it is not becoming utilized.
I utilized to own the Weber 7552 Cover, which I had on my old Genesis Silver B, and just after 3 years, the thing nonetheless looked good when I sold it, without so much as a loose stitch (even though it did have the wonky vent more than the handle). This cover feels like it's even higher top quality. Completely worth it, as far as I'm concerned.

Get the "Classic® Veranda Cart BBQ Cover" rather. The "huge" size fits the Genesis fine and the vents on the Veranda cover are protected by flaps. And, the value on the Veranda is better. (I do not perform for them, but I did decide to buy their cover.)
